Zekuu (是空) Fugen Bosatsu (普賢菩薩)

This Buddha statue was made so that you can always have it near you for good fortune and religous protection. The cypress shrine opens to reveal a guardian deity with a subdued gilt finish, reminiscent of an aged gilt bronze Buddha statue. At 10cm in height, it is compact in size, allowing it to be enshrined anywhere.

The simple design of the statue will match any room. Its size also allows you to carry the Buddha statue when traveling. The statue comes in a paulownia wooden box with a certificate of prayer which acts as proof that the blessing for this statue at Juryoin, Zenkoji (定額山善光寺壽量院) (a sub temple of the Zenkoji Temple in Shinshu) was completed, making it perfect as a gift for a special someone.
