KEN OKUYAMA DESIGN and Baieido Collaboration Series Baieido, with over 360 years of history, is committed to passing down the traditional "Japanese scent culture" to the next generation. To achieve this goal, they collaborated with KEN OKUYAMA DESIGN, led by industrial designer Ken Okuyama, known as the "first non-Italian to design a Ferrari." Together, they developed this product.
The product name "Fio" is derived from the Italian word "Fiore," meaning "flower," to evoke an elegant space surrounded by flowers for your enjoyment. The incense is blended with natural lavender essential oil, which offers a noble and delightful floral fragrance that enriches the heart.
The incense holder is made of Arita ware from Saga, Kyushu. It takes inspiration from the "ume" (plum) flower in Baieido's company name, incorporating a balance of flamboyance and cool colors in its design, ensuring it can harmoniously fit into various interior spaces.
