The youthful and loving expression of Amida Nyorai, smiling with compassion, is depicted. On his back, a radiant halo seats a thousand Buddhas. His right hand forms the mudra of "Gebon Gejo," one of the nine mudras of Amida Nyorai, representing the compassion of Amida Nyorai, who widely and deeply saves all sentient beings.

Utilizing digital technology for high-quality printing, a special processing technique called "Scodix" is applied. This involves adding metal foil and transparent resin along the design, creating a three-dimensional, sculptural effect reminiscent of embossing.

An illustrator and the head priest of a Jodo Shinshu Seizan Zenrinji temple in Kyoto. Since 2007, he has worked on illustrations and cover art for the London-based magazine "Monocle," expanding his presence from Kyoto to the world. He is also a member of the illustrator group "Seven Brush Samurai," active primarily in the Kansai region.
