Each sculpture, from carving to coloring, is meticulously crafted by hand, resulting in a constant shortage due to the difficulty of keeping up with production.

In response to this, a new series called "Nyanbuddha (猫buddha)" has been developed to ensure that customers can always obtain these beloved cat Buddha figures. Based on the prototypes crafted by Master Sakai, production has been entrusted to a top-notch wood carving workshop to maintain the original quality while achieving affordable prices and a stable supply. This enchanting series, which brings healing to the heart and naturally evokes smiles, has now been born.

Each person's Chinese zodiac sign is determined by their birth year. For each zodiac sign, there is a corresponding guardian Buddha. Traditionally, having or worshiping something related to one's zodiac sign is believed to bring good luck and ward off misfortune. The representative guardian Buddha for each zodiac sign is considered a symbol of protection.

In this series, the guardian Buddhas take the form of adorable cat Buddhas. These cat Buddhas are recommended as personal amulets or charms for the well-being of individuals born under each zodiac sign, as well as for the protection of beloved cats.
